FAQ
Are marijuana, hemp and cannabidol (cbd) the same?

No, marijuana, hemp and cannabidiol (CBD) are not the same.

CBD (cannabidiol) is a cannabinoid found in marijuana and hemp plants. While both marijuana and hemp are derived from Cannabis sativa species, their chemical properties differ significantly.

Hemp is the non-intoxicating form of cannabis, grown primarily for industrial and agricultural purposes. It is rich in CBD and contains only traces of THC, which makes it legal.

Marijuana, on the other hand, is an intoxicating form of cannabis that contains high levels of THC. It is grown mainly for recreational purposes and is illegal in many countries, such as Italy.

What is CBD?

CBD stands for Cannabidiol. Discovered in the 1940s, it is one of over 100 identified compounds found within the cannabis family of plants. Cannabidiol (CBD) and Tetrahydrocannabinol( THC) are both cannabinoids, sisters of the cannabis plant.

CBD is derived from hemp. One of the oldest crops in the world, hemp has been used for thousands of years to make clothes and paper. On the other hand. , THC is found in large quantities in marijuana and hashish, and these are psychotropic. In short, THC is psychotropic, but CBD is not.

This means that CBD does not induce a high. CBD has many more uses than THC. CBD is effective as a food supplement or for cosmetic purposes.
CBD oil contains no animal ingredients or animal products and is therefore vegan. The popularity of CBD oil, also known as cannabidiol oil, it is growing rapidly throughout the world and more and more people are discovering the extensive benefits of CBD.

Our CBD oil contains less than 0.2% THC, which means there is no psychoactive effect.

What is CBD FULL SPECTRUM oil?

Cannabidiol(CBD) oil is made from hemp.

The hemp plant contains very little THC, so it is the most suitable plant to make CBD from. In Italy, the THC content in CBD oil is regulated by law; all CBD oils must not exceed 0.2% THC.

Thanks to the low THC content, CBD productsare not psychoactive or intoxicating. therefore they can be taken without worry.

Food supplements provide the body with important nutrients and support general health and well-being, especially when combined with a healthy diet.

What are the effects of CBD?

Disappointed by the limited possibilities offered by conventional drugs, more and more people are turning to alternative solutions. Herbal medicines, natural remedies and CBD have proven themselves more and more. Effective for pain relief.

Positive reviews around CBD abound. Since using CBD, people who had almost losthope of finding the right treatment for them are now seeing their condition and self-confidence improve. . CBD is helping them heal and their satisfaction is evident.

omega-6 fatty acids and gamma-linolenic acid, all of which have a positive effect on blood pressure and on the appearance of the skin.

Contains vitamin E in large quantities, riboflavin and vitamins B1 and B2. Finally, important trace elements are naturally present in the oils such as iron, potassium, calcium, copper, manganese, magn esium, sodium, phosphorus and zinc. Using CBD oil as a dietary supplement has little or no side effects.

CBD is not recommended for children and women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
If you are taking omeprazole or diazepam at the same time, consult your doctor before using CBD products.

Scientists have found that the body is capable of making cannabinoids on its own. If endocannabinoid levels are too low, they can no longer positively affect bodily functions.

The same goes for pets, they too have their own endocannabinoid system.

Side Effects of CBD

If CBD oils are used correctly, there should be no side effects. However, there are a few things to keep in mind when starting to use CBD oil, especially if you have never used it before. People who know they are very sensitive should monitor their body closely when taking CBD for the first time, as unwanted reactions can always occur, even if CBD oil is completely organic.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women shouldgenerally refrain from taking CBD oil, as long-term studies are not yet available. Also, people taking acid inhibitors such as omeprazole should discuss the use of CBD oil with their doctor.

There can also be interactions between CBD oil and diazepam, which is why it is essential to consult a doctor before taking CBD oil. some important side effects of CBD oil, even at veryhigh doses. However, there is no long-term study of side effects, which is why scientists cannot make any definitive statements.

What is certain, however, is that there is absolutely no toxic reaction when taking CBD oil.

How does CBD work in the body?

The human cell system relies on constant cell renewal. In an ongoing process, cells die to make room for new cells. Inside the human body there is a so-called system endocannabinoid.

This means that thereare receptors in us that are prepared for the ingestion of cannabinoids, and can recognize and react to them; these are called CB1 and CB2 receptors.

In particular, theCB1 receptor is believed to be of central importance for the regions of the brain that control memory and movement.

The CB2 receptor has a great influence on the immune system.

Can I take CBD in large quantities?

It is not possible to have an 'overdose' of CBD. Studies have shown that up to 80mg / day is well tolerated.
However, if you start too early with a high dosage, you could potentially experience
some rare CBD side effects. These include symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, or dry mouth.

Any side effects should, however, usually disappear after a short time.

Can I replace or combine my drug/supplement with CBD?

We therefore recommend that you always consult your doctor or pharmacist.

What is a minor cannabinoid?

A minor cannabinoid is any other cannabinoid besides the CBD found in hemp. Since CBD isby far the most commonly found cannabinoid in hemp, the other cannabinoids are referred to as minor cannabinoids.

These minor cannabinoids include THC, CBG, CBC, CBN and over 100 others.

Each cannabinoid has unique properties!

What are terpenes?

Many people know terpenes as the compound that gives hemp and marijuana plants their unique flavors.

Still, many people don't know that these terpenes do more than just scent hemp.

Recent research shows that these terpenes work together with cannabinoids to create a variety of effects.

Terpenes are not only found in hemp and marijuana.

Some terpenes such as limonene are also found in citrus fruits. Limonene has been shown to be helpful in helping gastrointestinal problems.

Terpenes like linalool and myrcene are great for helping to relax and fight stress.

What are flavonoids?

Flavonoids provide a variety of health benefits through cellular signaling pathways and antioxidant effects.
Flavonoids are compounds that give plants their pigmentation (color), filter UV rays, attract pollinators and prevent plant diseases. They not only provide benefits for the plant, but also an important health benefit.
Flavonoids are essential because they have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-allergic action.
The three primary flavonoids found in hemp are quercetin, apigenin, and cannaflavin A.

Unique to hemp is cannaflavin A, which research has shown to be a strong anti-inflammatory compound.Quercetin provides antioxidant and antiviral benefits.
Additionally, apigenin has anti-inflammatory and anti-stress benefits.

What kind of tests are carried out on BUONA CANAPA products?

Each batch of BUONA CANAPA is laboratory tested by third parties and guaranteed free from contaminants such as heavy metals, bacteria, microbial life, microtoxins and pesticides.

Are hemp oil and CBD oil the same?

The main difference between CBD oil and hemp oil is that hemp oil does not contain significant amounts of CBD.

While both are extracted from the hemp plant, CBD oil comes from the flowers and leaves while hemp oil comes from seeds. CBD and other cannabinoids are concentrated in the flowers and leaves, which is why we use these parts to create BUONA CANAPA products.

Hemp oil is also called "hemp seed oil" because it is made from the seeds of the hemp plant. Hemp seed oil has a multitude of very healthy uses as it can be used as a protein supplement for food, and is often used in hair and skin products.

What is the endocannabinoid system?

The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a system found in the mammalian body (therefore also in humans).

Made up of endogenous receptors, enzymes, and cannabinoids (the cannabinoids produced by your body), this system has receptors located in the brain and throughout the central and peripheral nervous systems.

There are two main types of receptors in the ECS, CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are found mainly in the central nervous system and in the mammalian brain, while CB2 are generally found in the peripheral nervous system and immune cells.

Are there any additional costs I should be aware of before checking out?

What do the mg and % numbers mean for CBD oil?

The number in milligrams (mg) refers to the total amount of cannabinoids contained in the oil.

This doesn't necessarily equal the strength of CBD oil, as the volume of the bottle that contains it (measured in milliliters, or ml for short) determines the amount of CBD present in each drop.

For example, in a 10ml bottle of CBD oil that has 3000mg on the label, each drop will contain three times more CBD than a 30ml bottle of CBD oil which also has 3000mg on the label, making it three times harder.

The percentage (%) refers to the concentration of CBD present in the oil. This is a more accurate measure of the drip strength of any CBD oil.

How should I store CBD oil?

When it comes to storing CBD products, it is important to protect them from excess light, air and heat. This way you will keep their quality and potency for as long as possible.

Light: Keep your CBD oil in a dark room or closet, away from direct or excessive light, never separate from the box.

Air: Make sure your CBD oil is completely sealed when not in use to keep excess oxygen and other contaminants out.

Heat: Store your CBD oil at or below room temperature (around 20 ° C) away from potential heat sources, such as radiators, stoves, and other appliances.

Although it is possible to store CBD oil in the refrigerator, low temperatures can cause the oil to separate, so the bottle should be shaken well before use. For long-term storage, CBD oil can be placed in the freezer.
